How does the procedure work to sell my house?

When you have filled out the Property Information Form one of our real estate solutions specialists will contact you shortly (usually within 24 hours). In some situations, we will need to gather more information. We will research your home and talk over all the details with you. We might even be able to make you an offer right over the phone, in some cases we will schedule a time with you to view the home and make you an offer!
